Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership

Participants are introduced to fundamental management, problem-solving and communication skills and equipped with skills to lead teams and motivate staff. Participants will learn to solve performance problems at individual and group levels, and improve motivation through goal-directed management techniques. Training is outcomes-based, with individual job requirements identified through the extensive use of problem-solving and skills practice throughout the programme. The programme content and duration is customised to meet learners' needs, following the completion of an individual Training Needs Analysis.

We work closely with our clients to ensure an outcomes-based approach, and offer full training needs analyses prior to training, as well as comprehensive feedback and follow-up processes. We have developed an extensive client list, having facilitated training programmes and consulted to numerous private, parastatal and government organizations for over 18 years.

Our training programmes are offered both in-house (groups and individuals) and as public workshops. We customize all programmes to meet our clients' specific training needs.

All programmes are presented by a team of professional and highly skilled facilitators with extensive experience in business processes and Human Resources Development. They present constructive feedback to management regarding learners' development and business processes, as well as working with individual learners' goals to enhance job performance and improve motivation.
