Copperline Training & Support Services is a level 4 B.E.E. company specializing in communication and management skills training. We are fully SETA accredited and NQF aligned. We work closely with our clients to ensure an outcomes-based approach, and offer full training needs analyses prior to training, as well as comprehensive feedback and follow-up processes. We have developed an extensive client list, having facilitated training programmes and consulted to numerous private, parastatal and government organizations for over 18 years.

Our training programmes are offered both in-house (groups and individuals) and as public workshops. We customize all programmes to meet our clients' specific training needs.

All programmes are presented by a team of professional and highly skilled facilitators with extensive experience in business processes and Human Resources Development. They present constructive feedback to management regarding learners' development and business processes, as well as working with individual learners' goals to enhance job performance and improve motivation.
